On the morning of February 18, 2015 a robbery was attempted at the Good Family Pharmacy in Pinch, WV. The attempted robber, Terry Gillenwater (25 years old of Quick, WV), was shot and killed by a pharmacist at the business.
The investigation has been reviewed by the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney of Kanawha County. A decision on criminal charges may be announced by that office in the coming days.
