In the early morning hours of Wednesday, March 25, 2015, a 26 year old female was reported missing by her parents. Willene “Nee Nee” Miller of Rand was last seen the previous afternoon about 1:00 p.m. in Charleston, WV.
Ms. Miller is a black female, age 26. She is 5’7” tall, 240 pounds, has hair to just below her ear and star tattoos on her right leg. She was last known to be wearing a purple sweatshirt, white undershirt, dark blue jeans and white and black sneakers.
