On the evening of Tuesday, July 21, 2015 Deputy H. L. Summers was dispatched to the Outer Limits Bar and Grill on Pennsylvania Avenue in Elkview, WV. Metro 911 received reports of a robbery at that location.
When Deputy Summers arrived he met with the bar’s owner and bartender. They said a middle-aged white male walked behind the bar and removed money from the register while the bartender was away. He left in a white pickup truck.
The suspect appeared to have a handle-bar mustache, white t-shirt, baseball cap, and a tattoo of a tomahawk on his left forearm. He had been in the bar using video lottery machines before stealing cash.
