Ellen Marie Rhodes, 14 years old of the Cooper’s Creek area near Elkview, has been missing since around 1:30 a.m. this morning, July 29, 2015. She ran away from home. Her family believes she is a danger to herself based on past behavior. She has many contacts in the Elkview area.

Ms. Rhodes is a 14 years old white female, 5’4” tall, 120 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing grey sweat pants, a blue and white striped shirt, and brown shoes. Attached is a photo provided by the family.
