A graduation ceremony for the Kanawha County Drug Court program is scheduled for tomorrow, October 8, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in Judge Bailey’s courtroom at the Judicial Annex Building, 111 Court Street, Charleston, WV.
This ceremony will honor four graduates, bringing the total for the program to 85. This is Kanawha County Drug Court’s fifteenth graduation. Also, eight drug free babies have been born to clients of the program thus far.
After these ceremonies it is common for many of the graduates, attendees, and program directors to be socializing and celebrating. This can cause complications for journalists trying to conduct interviews. In light of that, Judge Bailey and others will be available at 2:30 for interviews before the ceremony starts.
