The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a missing person who was last seen after refusing medical treatment from Thomas Memorial Hospital. She had gone there seeking treatment for substance abuse.
Destini Ann Watkins, 36 years old of Cross Lanes, is 5’4" 160 pounds. She has brown eyes, dark brown hair and the following tattoos: Butterfly on her chest, on her left wrist an infinity symbol with names Ali and Cathy in it, Ali and Cathy and a flower on her left upper arm, "only God can judge me" on her right forearm, and a cross on her right ankle.
She was last seen on June 5, 2016 at her residence in Cross Lanes and left in a red pickup truck. She was last heard from through text on June 8, 2016.
