On Eden’s Fork Road near Charleston Deputies responded to a stabbing and shooting this morning shortly after 7:00 am. The incident involved domestic violence. A son attacked his father with a knife during an argument, and the father then shot his 21 year old son.
Detectives are still conducting searches and interviews. Both men involved were taken to an area hospital in serious condition.
