Connor Tackett (30 years old of Sissonville, WV) was arrested today on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. A card stolen during a burglary was used several places in the Cross Lanes area. The burglary also occurred in that community.

Detectives have been working the case since the May 21 burglary, gathering surveillance footage and interviewing potential witnesses.
Mr. Tackett was identified recently, and located and arrested today. As is always the case in criminal matters the charges against Mr. Tackett are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Attached is a mugshot from today’s arrest.
