This afternoon detectives and K9 units executed a search warrant in the 1100 block of Dry Ridge Road near Saint Albans, WV. They located five marijuana plants growing and a plastic box with 58 grams of methamphetamine worth several thousand dollars.
Scott Edward Hudson (47 years old of Saint Albans) was arrested and charged with cultivating marijuana and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
As is always the case in criminal matters the charges against Mr. Hudson are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Attached is a mug shot from the arrest.
