On December 11, 2013 the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office STOP Team and Detectives arrested Farrell Duane Patton on Falcon Drive north of Charleston, WV. Mr. Patton was wanted for a Kanawha County Circuit Court Capias for possessing substances used to manufacture methamphetamine.
Tips from the public led to his apprehension. He was profiled the previous night (12/10/13) on WCHS Television’s Fugitive Files segment.
Attached is a mug shot from an arrest of Mr. Patton in October, 2013, by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. As is always the case in criminal matters, the charges against Mr. Patton are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
