Jacob Aaron Hilbert, 38 years old of Charleston, WV, was arrested this evening for breaking and entering and possession of a stolen vehicle, both felonies.

Mr. Hilbert was captured by detectives with the Property Crimes Unit at the scene of a break-in on Pioneer Drive in Cross Lanes with an ATV previously stolen elsewhere in Cross Lanes.
As is always the case in criminal matters, the charges against Mr. Hilbert are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
