William Ray Goodwin, Jr. (53 years old of Toler Road, Charleston, WV) has been reported missing to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Goodwin was last seen by his family July 10, and last spoke with them July 20 when he was reported missing.
Mr. Goodwin is 6’2″ tall, weighs 265 pounds, and has blue eyes. He is known to drive a white, 2017 model, Mitsubishi Outlander with WV registration 91R284.
