Henry Stuck, 48 of Charleston, WV, was arrested today at a house on Newhouse Drive near Charleston, WV.
A homeowner on Newhouse Drive was alerted by his surveillance cameras to motion around his house. He saw a man in a hooded shirt snooping around the property and residence, and drove from work to home.
When he arrived home he found the defendant had broken a locked porch door and was attempting to enter the residence from the porch. The homeowner held Mr. Stuck at gunpoint and called 911.
Deputies with the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office arrived and arrested Mr. Stuck, charging him with burglary, a felony. At the time of his arrest Mr. Stuck had gloves, a knife, and a pair of pliers on him.
As is always the case in criminal matters, the charge against Mr. Stuck is merely an accusation. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
