I just spoke with officers on the scene at Institute I64 and they indicate the road could be reopened in as little at 45 minutes or 1-2 hours due to a problem removing the Roadway tandem-trailers.
We are still hoping for noon.
Additionally, I am working on the identity of the Roadway truck driver and should have it soon as well.
Sorry for the delay, but this accident caused “EXTREME” damage to the units involved and the weather both have hampered crews on the scene.
