UPDATE: 5/11/2023, 08:20 a.m. – Kanawha County Sheriff’s Deputy C.S. Sigmon was notified this morning that Patrolman Dyess with Charleston Police Department has located this stolen vehicle. The vehicle has been secured and is in the process of being returned to its owner. NFI.

Saint Albans, WV- On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, Kanawha County Sheriff’s Deputy C.S. Sigmon, was dispatched to investigate a stolen vehicle complaint at Riverfront Trailer Park in Saint Albans.
The stolen vehicle is a silver, 2003 Buick Park Avenue bearing West Virginia registration plate “68F576”. According to the victim, the vehicle was stolen from outside her residence at Riverfront Trailer Park sometime on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. The victim’s car keys were reported missing from inside her home and the last person to have access to the home was Mr. Bobby Vance, who has not been seen or heard from since the incident.
Deputies are requesting that if anyone sees this vehicle or has any information that could lead investigators to Mr. Vance, to please call 911 immediately. If any area residents have surveillance videos capturing the theft, please contact Deputy C.S. Sigmon.
