Today, June 3, 2014, Kanawha County Sheriff’s Detectives made contact with Charles “Ricky” Lewis,
34 years old of Cross Lanes, WV. Mr. Lewis has active warrants in relation to an alleged sexual assault of a nine year old girl.
Mr. Lewis was interviewed on May 7, 2014 regarding that incident. On June 3, 2014 he was asked to turn himself in at Kanawha County Magistrate Court on the warrants. He agreed, but has not shown up. Detectives are now seeking assistance locating Mr. Lewis.
He was last known to be living with his mother on New Goff Mountain Road, Cross Lanes, WV. He is 5’5”, 150 pounds, has blue eyes and a bald head. During his interview in May he had a lengthy red/brown beard.
He drives a white Cargo van and a dark colored Nissan Xterra with WV license plate number 7WX214.

Attached is a photo of Mr. Lewis. As is always the case in criminal matters the charges against Mr. Lewis are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
