Detectives with the Kanawha Bureau of Investigation and Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office have been investigating the robbery of Chase Bank in Elkview, WV, on August 7, 2014.
Investigators are asking for another round of broadcasts throughout West Virginia. If local newspapers and stations have corporate partners elsewhere in the region, please forward this release, or respond with an accurate email address to which this release can be forwarded. We are hoping, by spreading the word wider, additional tips may be produced.
Detectives are searching for a silver Pontiac minivan. So far, the vehicle has been tracked with surveillance footage from businesses along the route from Elkview to Charleston.
