On February 1, 2015 warrants were issued for two men and one woman for a robbery that occurred at the Little General BP store in Sissonville on January 31, 2015. Warrants for armed robbery were issued in Kanawha County Magistrate Court for:
1. Robert Clark, 29 of Canton, OH
2. Jeffrey Caley, 28 of Canton, OH
3. Tabatha Hazel, 26 of Canton, OH
The robbery in which they are charged occurred around 5:00 p.m. Saturday. A sawed-off shotgun and pistol were brandished during the crime.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call 304-357-0169 or 911. The three are considered armed and dangerous.
As is always the case in criminal matters, the charges against these three are merely accusations. Each is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
