On July 27, 2015 a man was reported missing to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. Andrew H. Osborne (59 years old of Loudendale) was reported missing by his brother on Monday. He has been missing since Saturday evening, July 25, 2015.

Mr. Osborne has no known serious health problems, and efforts by family to contact him have been unsuccessful. He was last seen at his brother’s Loudendale residence, where both brothers reside, on Saturday evening. He left in a light blue, 1993 Volvo 940 bearing West Virginia license plate 7U5545.
Attached is a photograph of Mr. Osborne. He is a white male, 5’11” tall, weighs 165 pounds, and has gray hair.
