Earlier today Sissonville resident Carol Blackshire was reported missing to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. She is a white female, 56 years old. She is 5’6” tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds.
Investigators do not believe she has been in contact with people known to her since March 20, 2018. She was last known to be driving a maroon 2005 Chevrolet Uplander minivan with WV license plate USA8097.
