On Monday, July 16, 2018 around 2:45 a.m. a 911 call regarding a domestic dispute was dispatched to Deputies Marcum. The disturbance occurred in the 200 block of Tower Drive near Campbell’s Creek. The suspect, Dustin Kinser, had shoved and restrained his mother while they argued.
The following morning a warrant was issued for his arrest charging him with domestic battery. Monday afternoon he was arrested on the warrant. Mr. Kinser is also the subject of investigations in other counties, and his arrest aided those investigations.
Attached is a mugshot taken during his arrest. As is always the case in criminal matters, the charge against Mr. Kinser is merely an accusation. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
