Zachary Chase Mullins, 25 years old of Elkview, was arrested today on a misdemeanor charge of third degree sexual abuse. This follows an investigation into a forcible fondling incident that occurred at the Air National Guard’s facility near Charleston in August. Mr. Mullins turned in himself to detectives today after being advised a warrant was issued.
As is always the case in criminal matters, the charge against Mr. Mullins is merely an accusation. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Attached is a photo of Mr. Mullins.
