On September 4, 2020, Douglas Means, 64 years old of Davis Creek, WV, was arrested for indecent exposure. A resident on Kanawha State Forest Drive called 911 to report a man urinating in public, then walking the roadway with his pants down exposing his genitalia.
When Deputies arrived they located Mr. Means who had outstanding warrants for two similar incidents from two days ago, September 2, 2020. He was arrested at that time.
Mr. Means was arrested in April 2020 for another incident of indecent exposure that allegedly occurred March 28, 2020. That case has not yet been adjudicated.
Attached is a photograph of Mr. Means taken during this morning’s booking procedures. As is always the case in criminal matters, the charges against Mr. Means are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
