Fatal Crash on Greenbrier Street

Deputy W.S. Hunter, Jr was called to Greenbrier Street just after 3:00 a.m. this morning for the auto accident. He determined Amy D. Toler, age 33 of Roxalana Road in Dunbar was traveling north on Greenbrier Street when the Pontiac mini-van she was driving ran off the right side of the pavement in a slight left-hand curve. When Toler steered left but it is believed the vehicle was out of control as it traveled to and struck the Meadowbrook Freewill Baptist Church.    Toler was pronounced dead on the scene by Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority Paramedics. Her body will be sent to the Office of the Medical Examiner.

 

She was not wearing her seatbelt and drugs/alcohol are not suspected factors in the accident.
