On Saturday, August 22, 2015 at about 4:15 a.m. a pickup truck was stolen from the Speedway store at the Crossings Mall in Elkview, WV.
The owner left his vehicle running as he went into the store. The truck was parked near the front entrance. While he was inside a white male wearing a striped shirt, jeans, and a ball cap stole the pickup truck.
The truck is a dark blue, 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, with an extended cab. A CB antenna was attached to the roof at the time of theft. The vehicle had a WV license plate affixed, 3BJ582.
Attached are pictures of the suspect from the store’s surveillance footage. Below is a link to a video file of the surveillance. A better quality video directly from the system may be available later.
