Tracy Nacole Carr, 28 of Blount, WV, has been missing since the morning of March 09, 2018. She was last seen in the Dunbar area at that time.
There is nothing knowingly suspicious about her disappearance, but her family is worried about her.
Attached is her driver’s license photo from 2013, though she now has blonde hair. She is 5’9” tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has blue eyes.
