Deputies are actively looking for 45 year old Bernard Shane Hendrick, of Cabin Creek, WV. He is charged with the felony offense of possession/distribution of child pornography.
A tip was forwarded to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office regarding the distribution of child pornography, by Mr. Hendrick. During the course of the investigation it was discovered that Mr. Hendrick possessed child pornography.
Recent attempts to locate Mr. Hendrick have been unsuccessful. He is believed to be in the Chelyan or Cabin Creek areas of Kanawha County.

This investigation is being conducted by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the West Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. As is always the case, the charges against Mr. Hendrick are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
